Travel Time!

Happy belated Thanksgiving to all!  I pretty much spent the entire last 3 days and nights with family here in Central Florida.  Had a couple hits during this time from clients, but since they were all same day hits, I was unable to oblige.

Times like these, more advance notice is always preferred since I cannot and will not allow myself to sit around "on call" all day long in the "hopes" of someone hitting me up for an appointment.  lol...  Nope, no can do!  (smile)

Wanna hear a cool story guys??  Well, I think it's a cool story anyway.  By that I mean if you enjoy the bad luck with happy ending kind of story anyways....  Well, given the nature of this blog, and the fact this is really all about the business of "happy endings"  LOL....  I am giving myself the green light and share this story with you just the same!

So here it goes.  You all probably are getting that I have been traveling quite a bit lately.  So 2 weeks ago I was in DC.  Made my way back to Florida by way of US AIRWAYS.  Got there the day before our national elections, on Nov. 5th.  I flew into Fort Lauderdale airport because i had left me car with my sister.  So get in, drive to Orlando survive the elections victoriously! And a couple days later am thinking I want to get back to do some good reading., not just "news reading" which I do a bit too much of, and all day long!

Time to get out my Kindle Fire and make another book purchase!  I was so excited!  You know why guys ??  Well, I thought that those of you who may have been reading this blog or my website might know the answer to that.  Anyway, I'll tell you now since I have you here now.

New Beginnings! Building New Bridges!

Thankful the elections are finally over!  This was a long tough race, and I was following closely for quite some time.  And look we're all still here!  Wow!  Imagine that!  I've noticed that now their scrambling to try and generate a new "Fear Factor" to continue to rattle the unsuspecting and or easily manipulated.  Recently on Fox headlines touting, "the growing dependency of people on the Government".

Fear mongering when all fails!  Such a waste of the precious human energy, creativity, and drive.  Instead of touting, "Let's work together now" given the clear landslide electoral results, and what that stands for.  Keep our country united should be the motto going forward.  Let's build bridges instead of blockades.

Anyway, just wanted to let you guys know I am here in Orlando for another few days.  Maybe till next Weds. at which point I will most likely take off again.  Not sure where yet.  May be somewhere in Florida, like Fort Lauderdale, since I've been there recently.  Good way to establish a regular client base.  This is always good.

Fighting for Our Dreams Has Never Been More Critical!

I had a great stay in DC, which was followed by another successful run in downtown Philadelphia.

Hotel rates in NYC made it very difficult for me to break even.  Though money was made I ended up losing during that 6 day stay.  Hotel prices have gone up for sure, since just 3 yrs ago.

Still, all is good and I saw many new clients my last 2 visits in Philly and DC too!
